My cousin and I stayed at Casablanca Hotel in March of 2024 for two nights. The location in Viejo San Juan couldn't be any better! It is so centrally located that you can walk anywhere in Old San Juan in a matter of minutes. The lobby area is beautiful, and they have a small restaurant where we had a delicious breakfast one day. The rooms worked really well for our needs. We booked a room that had one bed and then a sofa area that converted to a bed so we each could have our space. The sofa bed was more comfortable than it looked. Initially, I was hesitant to book because the rooms are internal, meaning no window to the outside, but this is actually a bonus! Old San Juan can be super noisy at night, and the room was perfectly quiet and offered us our best sleep while in Puerto Rico. All of the buildings in Old San Juan are connected (kind of like townhomes), so the number of rooms with windows out to the streets will be limited. The room actually had great lighting because there are windows to the internal area--kind of like a landing that is brightly lit because of a skylight. But there are shutters that keep out the light for sleeping too. There are elevators, air-conditioning (a must have, even if March!) a safe, and a small refrigerator.

Beautiful property in a great location! The staff were amazing! They were so friendly and helpful. We were having some drinks at the bar in the lounge and I heard the staff getting awful treatment from guests who showed up hours before check-in, hadn't paid for an early check-in, but were complaining that they couldn't get access to their rooms. There were two groups doing this at the same time. We left and went to get food elsewhere and came back to collect our luggage and they had stayed in the lobby the whole time, going up to the desk periodically and complaining to the staff. The staff kept their composure and were absolute professionals. They also made sure that other guests weren't affected. It's a little pricier than other hotels in the area but totally worth it for the beautiful décor and the amazing location!

We booked our room at the Casa Blanca with a wonder if the room, hotel would work out. The price and location seemed just what we needed and we also noticed the tours we had booked picked up at the door or very close. We were smiling the whole week. The hotel was clean, everyone was super helpful and our skinny terraces ( yes, two) provide us a chance for an outdoor space for coffee in the morning. The couples were were traveling with, that booked elsewhere, said they loved our place and that we had the best location and best roof tops. Yes, the two roof tops were great. We enjoyed the tubs (warm water) and the big seating areas. Book here.

The staff were welcoming and just the best to deal with. From the time we checked in they were available and helpful from giving directions to recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is older but well maintained. We were upgraded to a mini suite with a wonderful king bed and plenty of room to relax and lounge about. The temps outside were very hot and humid, but our room was always cool and comfortable. The evenings cooled off enough to enjoy the rooftop lounge and hot tubs. Having a lounge and breakfast restaurant onsite made the stay exceptional.

We asked for a room with a balcony and were very glad we did! We enjoyed wine on the balcony when we got in after dinner and took breakfast to go and ate on the balcony. Your hotel is very eclectic and funky, we felt like we were in a different era and loved the decor. The staff was great, Mimosa Cafe breakfast very nice. The room was a little small but not a surprise. The location is terrific, we walked everywhere and took in several of your historic sites. All in all, I would definitely stay with you again, thank you!
